Reboot Diet: Day 1

Lots of Food
Even More Pictures of Food
More Pictures of Food
For a while I have wanted to try the Reboot Diet. After watching the documentary Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, I have intrigued by the diet. One of the things that I have wanted to do is lose some weight and get into better shape. I also heard the first few days are tough and it was quite tough. The toughest part has been knowing that I am not going to eat meat, candy, caffeine, Chinese food, Pizza, Wendy's and so on for hopefully 10 days. There is a large cost with the diet, the first five days comes in around $30ish a day. This is more than we have ever spent on food, and it’s just for me. Following the reboot is expensive when you don't have easy access to fresh fruits and vegetables. The food that I ate for day 1 wasn't all that bad. Some of it was good but I feel very tired.
