Book Review: Undaunted by Christine Caine

For the last couple of years but I didn't listen to the past and talks from the last couple of years Christine Caine has been one of my favorite speakers, so I decided to check out one of the books. Luckily for me, Undaunted was available from the library, so I checked it out.

To start with, the definition of Undated is not intimidated or discouraged by difficulty, danger, or disappointment. Essentially, the meaning of the word means that you are unafraid, or fearless. Why do I started with the dictionary definition of the word, well I think that it summarizes the book really well. Throughout the book we are reminded of God's great power and grace intermixed with Christine's life story. I really think that everyone should read this book so I am not going to break down all the details of her life but she has had some challenging things to deal with that would knock most of out. The book also chronicles the start and inspiration for A21. One of a few groups that are trying to stop human trafficking across the world. So, some pretty intense stuff but you can see how God, continually works through the perceived challenges because with Him all things are possible.

While that is my take, it doesn't really give a clear view about the book, that is where this paragraph comes in. The book, while it is based on Christine's story gives solid, biblical based insights into how to fight through all of the things in our life that we view as tough like family challenges, wrong turns or even our life experiences that are painful. The book helps us learn how to grow through those challenges and to use them for good and using them to help us share who God is and how great he is.

I just want to leave you with a quote from the book that may sound a little familiar and I hope that you can take it and hold onto it during the tough times. I found some awesome quote art to use to tell you that quote:
